2023 LEIRA Conference Pricing

Registration is open!  Registrants will receive an invoice by email after registering. Payment can be made online by credit card or by mailing a check. To qualify for early-bird pricing, registration must be received by 5:00 pm on May 31, 2023. Starting June 1, 2023, regular pricing will apply. Registration closes September 1, 2023.
Onsite registration will not be available.

Conference fee includes all training, 3 breakfasts (October 3, 4, 5), 2 lunches (October 3, 4), and two evening receptions with light hors d'oeurves (October 3, 4). 
 
Member Pricing
  • Full conference, early-bird - $400
  • Full conference, regular - $450
  • Single day (October 3 or 4) - $200
  • Half-day (October 5) - $100
  • Extra ticket to evening social - $25
Non-Member Pricing
  • Full conference, early-bird - $450
  • Full conference, regular - $500
  • Single day (October 3 or 4) - $250
  • Half-day (October 5) - $150
  • Extra ticket to evening social - $25
Cancellation/Substitution/Refund Policy
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] by September 18, 2023. 
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or before September 1, 2023. 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made September 2-18, 2023. No refund will be issued for no shows or cancellations received after September 18, 2023.
  • Substitutions are allowed as long as participants are from the same agency. Email [email protected] with the name of the current registrant and substitute registrant.
