Welcome to the Law Enforcement Information and Records Association (LEIRA) website. LEIRA is a non-profit, volunteer organization that strives to provide quality educational and networking opportunities for our members. We are active in providing input for legislative changes and rule changes that impact law enforcement records, property, and evidence.

LEIRA offers resources and educational opportunities for members of all experience levels. There is always something new to learn or share and we are proud to offer ongoing educational opportunities for our members. We are pleased to have hosted a training conference in 2023!  It was very successful with over 200 attendees and a great training program. We are now planning an conference for 2025 and many regional training opportunities in 2024.  A special shout out to the ladies of Grant County who got into the spirit of the 80's-90's Dance Party!

I am honored to be your 2023-2024 President. If you have any suggestions, questions, or feedback, please reach out to me. We are also always looking for more volunteers from the membership to help us accomplish our mission.

Respectfully,

Cathy Muñoz
2023-2024 LEIRA President
